Paul Fiumara is an ANCC-certified Nurse Practitioner and the owner of PNP Prime Wellness, a medical wellness practice with offices in Brewster, NY and Danbury, CT. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Paul brings a strong clinical background, a patient-centered approach, and a deep commitment to helping individuals improve their health, confidence, and quality of life.

Paul earned his nursing degree from Pace University and began his career as a registered nurse, working across a wide range of therapeutic areas. This experience gave him valuable insight into patient care, chronic health concerns, preventive medicine, and the importance of treating each patient as an individual. His years at the bedside helped shape his belief that effective healthcare should focus not only on symptoms, but also on the underlying factors that may be affecting a patient’s overall wellness.

Motivated to take a more active role in diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term patient health, Paul returned to Pace University to complete his Master’s degree and become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Since advancing his clinical role, he has focused his practice on men’s health, women’s health, hormone optimization, sexual wellness, and medical weight loss.

At PNP Prime Wellness, Paul specializes in the evaluation and treatment of low libido, erectile dysfunction, testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy, Low T, and physician-guided weight loss.
